⢠Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets. ⢠Identify and engage sponsors running IO trials in solid tumors. ⢠Position Elephas Live Platform as a critical tool for patient stratification, predictive biomarker development, and trial optimization. ⢠Build and maintain a robust prospect list using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of all communications and activities. ⢠Drive outbound campaigns, leveraging marketing resources to generate qualified leads. ⢠Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building to advance opportunities through the funnel. ⢠Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted messaging, thought leadership, and presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences. ⢠Monitor perceived competitive landscape, trial design trends and biomarker adoption to inform approach and outreach. ⢠Own assigned accounts and develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. ⢠Ensure ongoing engagement through knowledge sharing, check-ins, and tailored communications. ⢠Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling business cases for pharma and biotech stakeholders. ⢠Work closely with marketing, product development, scientific communications, partnerships, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. ⢠Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through pipeline management, contract negotiations, and deal closure. ⢠Identify upsell opportunities post-close to maximize account value. ⢠Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. ⢠Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and partnership performance.
⢠Proven experience in selling a clinical diagnostic in the pharma clinical trial setting. ⢠Proficiency with using HubSpot and developing and driving pipeline management. ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ⢠Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. ⢠Ability to work effectively across different cultures and navigate diverse business environments. ⢠Project management and organizational skills. ⢠Ability to travel US/internationally as required.
