📋 Description

• Build and grow trusted relationships with new and existing clients, delivering solutions that align with their brand strategies and customer objectives • Lead business development efforts to expand EIS’s presence in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality markets • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and EIS internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and project execution • Drive new program launches and respond to RFPs, crafting strategic proposals that position EIS as a preferred partner • Analyze market conditions, competitive trends, and customer needs to shape pricing strategies, sourcing approaches, and go-to-market plans • Guide cross-functional teams by translating customer goals into actionable plans and ensuring successful program implementation • Resolve escalated client issues quickly and effectively, building long-term trust and satisfaction • Represent EIS at client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in key account management, business development, or consultative sales within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries • Proven success building and managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with executives, stakeholders, and large groups • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans • Experience presenting and selling design concepts, interior solutions, and program implementations • Ability to analyze market trends, interpret business data, and develop insights that shape go-to-market strategies • Highly collaborative with strong influencing skills – able to guide cross-functional teams and align internal resources with client needs • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time • Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
