📋 Description

• Assumes the overall responsibility for the quality and compliance management of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio. • The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for working with the EMCOR departments and suppliers to ensure work orders are managed within the established KPI’s. • Responsible for managing supplier cost and delivery to all sites. • Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facility. • Plan and execution of audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment. • Partner with the Kimberly-Clark team to manage properties, budget, and Customer experience. • Ensure consistency and high performance of services. • Develop and implement quality control processes and standards. • Regularly audit performance and address issues. • Occasionally travel required to perform duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be 21 years old or older • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management. • OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card. • BOMA, IFMA, LEED Certifications a plus • Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations • Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel. • Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required
