📋 Description

• Lead a team of highly qualified enterprise sellers • Recruit and retain top sales talent through training, support and development • Cultivate and oversee a dynamic sales pipeline within the Insurance and Wealth sector • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects, driving revenue and fostering sustainable financial growth • Engage and influence senior leadership at major financial institutions • Lead negotiations throughout the sales process to secure favorable terms • Foster connections with industry experts for strategic collaborations and business expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of successful leadership experience within the Financial or Insurance sector • 3+ years of experience in hands-on business development work • Ability to confidently present to C-level executives at Fortune 500 firms • Track record in constructing bespoke solutions for Enterprise clients • Demonstrated success in navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles • Proven track record of surpassing quotas in high-growth sales environments • Profound understanding of U.S. Insurance and Wealth products/services • Willingness to travel across the U.S. (approximately 35% travel)
