🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience • Clear communication skills and strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns • Must have a quiet home office environment • No criminal history (a background check is required)
