📋 Description

• Oversee and support the daily operations of biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs) deployed in the field • Ensure seamless scheduling, communication, logistics coordination, and performance tracking for BMETs • Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal departments to ensure service excellence • Monitor service delivery metrics, turnaround times, and equipment maintenance schedules • Track and document service reports, preventative maintenance, and repair work in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) • Communicate with hospital staff and clients to ensure expectations are met • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new BMETs • Coordinate logistics such as equipment delivery, parts procurement, and travel arrangements • Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician hours, and performance metrics • Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to optimize service delivery • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA, and OEM guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare technology management (HTM) environment • Prior experience coordinating service or technical teams • Working knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., Nuvolo, TMS, or AIMS) • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with travel and logistics coordination for technical field teams (preferred) • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (preferred)
