📋 Description

• Support and evolve enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms • Play a critical role in expanding and modernizing IAM ecosystem while improving resiliency, automation, monitoring, and user experience • Combine strong architectural and engineering capabilities with operational support experience, including production support, troubleshooting, and on-call responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering and support experience • Expert-level proficiency with: PingFederate, PingOne SSO, PingOne MFA, DaVinci • Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 SSO integrations, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid identity environments • Deep understanding of legacy Java/J2EE-based PingFederate custom adapters and components • Experience building and supporting: Custom PCVs, Data stores, Complex federation integrations • Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities • Experience with scripting and automation using: Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting • Experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies including: GKE, Terraform, Helm Charts, Git, Jenkins, Containerization technologies • Experience supporting enterprise MFA rollouts and SSO enablement initiatives • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
