📋 Description

• Provides direct supervision of designated direct reports and performs functions such as but not limited to, the selection, onboarding, training, and development of the Operations team. • Learns, leverages, and develops team member strengths and skillsets with assigned work. • Embraces and applies the tenets of management training programs and corporate operating systems. • Initiates the development and refinement of processes, procedures, reporting, data management, and workflow automation within the scope of the Operations team. • Uses independent judgment to assign incoming workflow within the Operations team according to relevant skill set. • Responds to incoming customers inquiries and directs to the appropriate department or team according to established processes. • Examines and selects vendor resources prior to assigning to projects and/or referring to Project Managers. • Leads regularly scheduled meetings and serves as a resource to the Operations team and assists with functions that are more complex.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least five years of experience in an administrative or operations role • Prior logistics/international trade experience preferred
