📋 Description

• Develop and refine proprietary models to assess customer credit profile • Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Operations team to drive new initiatives • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the performance of our models and product configurations, analyzing outcomes to drive continuous improvement • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, providing a data-driven perspective on customer risk and product development strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or related field • Advanced programming skills and the ability to write customized programs for meaningful data analysis and predictive modeling (Python) • Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL • Excellent knowledge in applied statistical methods and machine learning models • Ability to improve your work flow and delivery timelines with AI tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related industry preferred
