📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff. • Provides day-to-day leadership for assessment delivery and ensures standardized and timely execution. • Partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes. • Working knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes, key performance indicators, and best practices is required. • Must exhibit strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue • People Leadership Experience: 3 to 5 Years • Bachelor's Degree, Healthcare Management/Administration or related field, preferred or equivalent experience • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • AI Visio • Public Speaking • Project Management • Customer Service skills • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
