📋 Description

• Provides world-class customer service and follows scripted benefit verification format in HIS benefits screen. • Updates accounts in workflow system with accurate documentation. • Assigns insurance plans accurately, performs electronic eligibility confirmation and documents results. • Calculates patient cost share/liability and attempts to collect via phone within 48 hours of the date of service. • Interacts appropriately with hospital gatekeepers and collects documentation as appropriate. • Meet performance expectations within 90 days from the date of hire.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Year/ Associates Degree • Minimum of 2 years working in a call center with collection experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer service oriented. • Types 45 WPM and is proficient in multiple computer applications. • Medical/insurance background; knowledge of MS Office programs.
