📋 Description

• Bring Ensemble’s social strategy to life through high-quality, execution across priority channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. • Own day-to-day social content planning and publishing, including maintaining the editorial calendar and delivering the right mix of news, announcements, thought leadership and campaign content. • Drive engagement and audience growth through consistent, compelling content that reflects Ensemble’s voice, credibility and point of view in the healthcare and rev cycle space. • Shape ideas, not just execution, bringing forward concepts informed by data, audience insight and what is resonating now, while being flexible and agile. • Write, edit and refine social copy with strong instincts for tone and clarity, and create quick-turn assets (simple graphics and templates) using tools such as Canva. • Partner with internal leaders and client spokespeople to strengthen executive and SME visibility on LinkedIn, content cadence and amplification plans. • Support community engagement, including comment monitoring, real-time interaction on priority posts and escalation when needed. • Use social monitoring and publishing tools to track conversations, flag opportunities and support timely engagement and responses. • Track performance across social and content marketing using defined KPIs, with clear views into what is driving awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content marketing or social media. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for news, timely storylines and strong points of view. • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, including executive and SME strategies across owned and earned channels. • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices and platform policies, with confidence using analytics to guide decisions. • Familiarity with social media management, monitoring or content platforms (Sprout Social or similar) preferred but not required. • Experience in a multi-faceted, cross-functional environment. • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
