• Support Ensemble's growth through structured Standard Operating Model • Coordinate across departments for successful outcomes • Ensure project work is well-defined and planned • Drive collaboration with Operations Readiness leaders • Develop and maintain adherence to all SOP and processes • Track and report portfolio performance and manage risks • Support governance processes across departments
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10-15 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations • Extensive leadership and management experience • Expert knowledge of Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators • Minimum 5 years' experience performing Program/Project Management • Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance • Executive-level presentation and communication skills • Ability to travel as needed up to 25% of the time
