📋 Description

• Oversee the self-pay collections process • Manage bad debt inventory and placements • Ensure accurate billing and improve collection strategies • Provide detailed analysis and reports to leadership • Conduct reviews of deceased accounts • Review and resolve statement holds • Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance • Identify opportunities that impact aging self-pay AR • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Provide guidance and support to the self-pay operations team • Identify and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 Years of work experience • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire -Company Paid • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. • 2 Years/associate’s degree or equivalent experience • Microsoft Office experience • Revenue Cycle knowledge • Critical thinking
