📋 Description

• Serve as the lead video editor for two high-profile podcasts. • Transform long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form content for YouTube, social media, and the company's broadcast network. • Identify compelling stories, memorable moments, and viral clips that resonate with U.S. audiences. • Deliver polished, premium-quality edits that reflect the company's luxury brand identity. • Help develop and execute the editorial calendar for the in-location broadcast network. • Produce and curate content across multiple formats, including: Podcast highlights, Original interviews, Member stories, Live events, Community initiatives, Lifestyle and entertainment content, Branded partnerships. • Collaborate with videographers, social media managers, and internal teams to establish content priorities. • Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, creativity, and production efficiency. • Monitor content performance and audience engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in video production, digital media, television, podcast production, or similar creative environments. • Exceptional professional video editing skills with a strong portfolio. • Extensive experience editing podcasts and long-form conversational content. • Experience producing premium-quality content for YouTube, streaming platforms, digital media, or television. • Working knowledge of Claude Cowork. • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software. • Experience using AI-powered creative and editing tools. • Deep understanding of U.S. culture, entertainment, humor, digital trends, and online audiences. • Strong sense of style with experience producing content for luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. • Outstanding storytelling skills and editorial judgment. • Native or C2-level English communication skills. • Valid U.S. visa. • Availability to travel to Texas 1-2 times per year.
