📋 Description

• Drive the full cycle of design, scheduling and deployment of collaborative VC Equipment • Coordinate collaboration among cross functional partners and 3rd party vendors • Lead projects through design, procurement, deployment and commissioning • Provide project stakeholders with routine status updates • Engage with third party vendors for hardware procurement • Regularly perform site visits throughout the lifecycle of the projects • Light drafting work in AutoCAD

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years Project Coordination Experience in a technical field (AV/VC, Networking, Infrastructure, IT Construction, etc.) • Experience with construction drawings and schematics • Experience with leading teams through design, scheduling, deployment • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues • Troubleshoot and solve project related issues • Understand and maintain project budgets • Effectively manage multiple projects across multiple cities and regions • AutoCAD proficiency level: Beginner to intermediate • Bluebeam Revu Sessions proficiency level: Intermediate • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
