📋 Description

• Answering phones and responding to emails • Timely follow up to members • Administrative tasks as needed • Working closely with other team members and account service teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must have medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans experience. • Experience handling benefit claims. • Must have strong computer skills: Microsoft office. BSwift experience is a plus • Customer service experience
