📋 Description

• Build systems to read high-volume, low-latency data from blockchains. • Send and manage transactions in performance-sensitive environments. • Design, implement, and deploy production smart contracts on Solana or EVM environments. • Contribute to end-to-end exchange, execution, and data-pipeline architecture. • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, handling trade-offs, and delivering working systems on tight timelines. • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workstation setup for sustained development and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development. • 2+ years working in DeFi. • Proven delivery of production-ready DeFi systems on Solana or EVM. • Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, trading systems, spot/margin trading, and on-chain execution. • Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. • Strong communication skills in English. • Bonus Points: Experience with low-level blockchain runtime or transaction-pipeline optimizations. • Experience landing high-volume transactions on Solana or EVM. • Background in market making or high-frequency trading.
