📋 Description
• Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines • Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems • Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems • Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure development
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading engineering teams across both application development and platform environments • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, and API-driven integrations • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture principles • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
