📋 Description

• Create and implement curriculum in Ethos online learning environments • Maintain regular synchronous sessions (minimum of ten times a semester) • Facilitate and grade all assignments in a timely manner • Enter final course grades after consultation with lead faculty • Maintain regular contact with students at least 3 times per week • Communicate regularly with students and families about progress • Manage student behavior to ensure engagement • Identify unique student needs and collaborate with team members • Actively participate in required professional development courses • Support the mission, vision, and core values of Ethos School

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant teaching experience of 3+ years required • AP experience in subject area preferred • Current teaching certificate in Secondary Education required • Knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles • Bachelor’s degree in subject area required • Master’s degree preferred
