📋 Description

• Create and implement curriculum in online learning environments • Maintain regular synchronous sessions with students • Facilitate and grade all assignments in a timely manner • Enter final course grades after consultation with faculty • Maintain regular points of contact with students and facilitate learning • Communicate regularly with students and families about progress • Manage student behavior to ensure engagement • Collaborate with team members to address student needs • Participate in job-embedded professional development • Support Ethos mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in subject area is required; a master’s degree is preferred • Relevant teaching experience of 3+ years is required, with AP experience preferred • Current teaching certificate in Secondary Education is required • Knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Outstanding organizational and project management skills • Computer literate in software and internet-based applications
