📋 Description

• EvenUp empowers personal injury lawyers and victims using AI to secure faster settlements and better outcomes • Develop and deploy models powering Piai™, the company's claims-intelligence platform, focusing on ML, NLP, and generative AI • Turn raw legal and medical data into production-ready models working with ML engineers, data scientists, and legal experts • Design and implement end-to-end ML systems for RAG, vector search, and fine-tuning • Build and optimize data pipelines, evaluation strategies, and reusable components for LLM benchmarking and productionization • Ensure scalability and efficiency of ML workflows and integrate ML frameworks into production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch) • Familiarity with retrieval frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom retrieval pipelines) • Strong software engineering skills (Python, distributed computing, APIs) • Strong knowledge of transformer models (LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning methods like LoRA, PEFT) • Understanding of evaluation methodologies for generative AI (RAG benchmarks, hallucination reduction, factual grounding) • Ability to design and implement end-to-end ML systems for RAG, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines integrating structured, unstructured, and embeddings-based data
