📋 Description

• Drive execution for priority initiatives across Platform Engineering • Manage project plans, track timelines, maintain RAID logs, coordinate dependencies, run working sessions • Help drive Jira hygiene and produce clear project status updates for stakeholders and leadership • Partner closely with the Scrum Master and Program Manager • Own project planning for priority Platform Engineering initiatives • Help translate technical work into clear project plans and stakeholder-facing status • Define clear milestones, timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups • Track project execution across teams, ensuring work is clearly represented in Jira • Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies • Prepare clear stakeholder updates and executive-ready project summaries • Follow up consistently on action items, decisions, risks, and unresolved questions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, project coordination, delivery management, or a similar role supporting software, infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status updates • 3+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project management • 3+ years of experience producing project health reporting for leadership audiences • Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce clear stakeholder and executive-ready updates • Any experience working with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, platform, or operations teams • Any experience supporting sprint coordination, ceremonies, and agile delivery practices
