📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations including posting entries to the general ledger • Analyzing data, month-end close processes, and collaborating with employees throughout the organization • Works with third party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting • Responsible for meeting established month end close deadlines for preparing assigned journal entries • Work with various business units to prepare and post monthly journal entries • Assist in accounting for cash, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other key balance sheet and income statement accounts • Assist in various invoicing related task for our advertising agency • Lead the resolution of issues on all assigned accounts and reconciliations • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis • Prepare audit schedules and work directly with external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (degree must be complete at time of hire) • 0-2 years’ experience in an Accounting role • Experience with bank and other account reconciliations. • Previous experience working remotely. • Must thrive in a team environment. • Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets and accounting systems
