📋 Description

• Coffee is wakeup technology; Everyday Dose blends coffee with mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics to promote focus, energy, immunity, and gut health. • Everyday Dose is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage organic Instagram presence and publish high-quality content. • Build and maintain a 30-day content calendar; plan with TikTok; manage YouTube strategy; repurpose from Instagram/TikTok. • Create, schedule, and publish 3–4 posts/week for 45 days; scale to 1 post/day by 90 days; develop content buckets; source creators; incorporate feedback. • Engage with other accounts to amplify Everyday Dose’s presence. • Track KPIs; drive account growth and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably within a CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand. • Hands on experience developing content from filming to editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut. • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences. • Portfolio or examples of past social campaigns. • Strong understanding of social platforms and their best practices. • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for wellness, social media trends, and storytelling.
