• You independently develop the retention strategy for multiple D2C e‑commerce brands. • You set up email flows, campaigns, and automations in Klaviyo. • You analyze purchase behavior by cohort and use sequences for segmentation. • You evaluate additional retention channels and implement them, e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, and loyalty programs. • You build structures and processes for the retention function at EVOLVE. • You use AI tools strategically to improve output quality and efficiency in the email and retention area. • You advise clients on email performance, segmentation, and retention measures.
• At least 2 years of D2C e‑commerce experience in email marketing/CRM (ideally with Klaviyo). • You have an affinity for numbers and analyze data to optimize campaigns and automations. • You can professionally assess email copy and brief internal teams. • You have the ability to build a function from scratch, even without established structures. • You communicate clearly and reliably — both with clients and internally. • You actively deploy AI tools with concrete workflows, not superficially. • Ideally, you already have experience with WhatsApp marketing, subscription models, or loyalty programs.
