• You set up Google Ads campaigns cleanly and optimize not only ROAS but, above all, the generated contribution margins. • You develop scalable account structures and guide your clients strategically and clearly toward their growth objectives. • You analyze account data and derive well-founded next steps—always with the goal of scaling our e-commerce clients profitably. • You identify performance issues early, prioritize measures, and implement appropriate countermeasures. • You produce precise performance reports and recommendations that are economically transparent and enable clear decision-making. • You develop our clients further so they can successfully use Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), YouTube Ads and Demand Gen for their growth. • You stay continuously up to date with developments in the Google Ads ecosystem, collaborate closely with the team, and actively contribute to the development of our standards.
• You have deep Google Ads experience with Search, Shopping and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns in e-commerce. • You have already optimized campaigns based on economic KPIs (DB1, DB2, new customer rate) and can manage profitable scaling. • You analyze account data precisely, can accurately assess profitability, and derive clear, economically justified next steps. • You have a solid working knowledge of GA4, understand attribution, and are familiar with at least one of the following attribution tools: Tracify, Adtribute, Admetrics, HYROS, GetKlar. • You have experience using YouTube Ads and Demand Gen campaigns and understand their role in the e-commerce funnel. • You work reliably with a clear ownership mentality: prioritization, consistent execution, and goal-oriented working are standard for you. • You communicate in a structured, proactive and clear manner—both internally and when working with clients.
