📋 Description
• Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verification of hard copy and digital Rxs • Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email • Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active license in state of residence • Experience with pharmacist verification work • Clinical Judgement Expertise • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus
