📋 Description

• Assist in documenting business and product requirements based on client needs. • Support test case creation and execution for Quality Assurance activities. • Participate in system testing and validation of changes. • Help reproduce reported issues to support debugging and resolution. • Assist with proof-of-concept activities to understand system capabilities. • Participate in client meetings as a supporting team member. • Learn actuarial and insurance concepts relevant to supported products. • Support internal documentation, projects, and sales initiatives as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Foundational understanding of insurance or financial services concepts. • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. • Exposure to requirements documentation, testing, or system implementation activities. • Basic understanding of insurance or financial services concepts. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness to learn technical systems and actuarial terminology.
