• 8+ Years of Procurement Grit: You’ve spent nearly a decade in the field, with at least 3 years leading strategy for non-inventory (GNFR) goods and services. • The "Scaler" Toolkit: You have a deep mastery of procurement best practices and can professionalize an existing function without slowing it down. • Contract & Negotiation Mastery: You have a documented track record of securing favorable terms and protecting the business through rigorous SLA enforcement. • Analytical Precision: You are a data-driven problem solver who can dive into the details of spend analysis to find hidden efficiencies. • High-Stakes Collaboration: You build immediate credibility with internal stakeholders and vendors alike, turning procurement into a partner, not a hurdle. • Systems Expertise: You are proficient in modern procurement tools— Coupa experience is a major plus. • Leadership & Credentials: You have a natural ability to manage a team and drive results; a certification like CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS is a strong signal of your expertise.
