📋 Description

• The Clinical Supervisor role serves as a first-line clinical and operational leader for a team of treating Occupational Therapists. • Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and supervision to ensure quality of care, therapist success, and client satisfaction. • Oversight of clinical quality and active involvement in performance improvement, client satisfaction, and strategic cross-functional initiatives. • Monitor, manage, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and alignment with organizational goals. • Conduct evaluations and sessions with appropriate clinical caseload, flexibly with the needs of the organization. • Model clinical excellence and maintain updated knowledge of best practices in the field.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, including pediatric populations and telepractice. • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services. • Experience supporting caregiver education and functional skill development (e.g., ADLs, sensory integration, motor development) • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other clinicians required. • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. • Active, unrestricted state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. • Individual NPI number
