📋 Description

• Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders • Responsible for concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services • Create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features • Design products and develop the corresponding user stories and requirements • Manage the product backlog and work day-to-day with the engineering teams • Conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage and key metrics • Drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline • 5+ years of solid product management experience • Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to learn quickly, and execute independently with minimal guidance • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills • Proven track record of success launching and iterating customer-facing digital products • Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience • Experience working in Agile, with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products
