📋 Description

• lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for hedge fund, private equity, and mutual fund clients • address complex federal, international, state and local tax issues • implement tax strategies aligned with client objectives • manage tax compliance accounts • review securities analyses and making tax adjustments • oversee the production of K‑1s and partnership returns • evaluate partnership agreements and private placement memorandums for tax implications

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience • An advanced degree in tax or law and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience • CPA license or a licensed Attorney is required • Familiarity with the financial services industry gained through direct involvement with managed investment vehicles • Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax
