📋 Description

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and surface actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and leadership. • Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reports for reps, managers, and executives. • Own and operationalize account and territory assignments, ensuring data integrity. • Support annual and in-year sales planning, including quotas and territory changes. • Partner with FP&A and Analytics to build data models and SQL transformations. • Collaborate with CRM administration to translate business requirements into data structures. • Assist in sales forecasting by providing clean data sets and analysis. • Monitor key sales KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance. • Troubleshoot and improve data connectors and BI assets in partnership with Analytics/Data teams. • Prepare executive-ready presentations and summaries for senior leadership. • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or a closely related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large, complex data sets and ambiguous problems. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce required; HubSpot a plus), including reporting and basic configuration concepts. • Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data across multiple sources. • Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI); able to build and iterate on dashboards and reports. • Solid understanding of sales processes and sales performance metrics. • High attention to detail with a strong bias toward data quality, governance, and reproducible reporting. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or analytical findings into clear, business-focused narratives. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Experience working closely with FP&A, Analytics, and/or Data teams on shared models, dashboards, and financial reporting is strongly preferred. • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter.
