📋 Description

• Lead the agency's CRM, social, omnichannel, and customer engagement strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic areas. • Develop connected customer journeys that leverage first-party data, AI-enabled personalization, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver meaningful experiences. • Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, and Technology teams to build integrated engagement plans across paid, owned, and earned channels. • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and digital transformation. • Build and mentor a high-performing engagement strategy team while advancing the agency's capabilities in omnichannel marketing and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, customer engagement, or marketing strategy within an agency or healthcare environment. • Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, social strategy, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel engagement. • Experience leveraging AI and marketing technology to improve customer experiences and engagement effectiveness. • Proven success leading senior client relationships, cross-functional teams, and large-scale integrated marketing initiatives. • Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
