• Are a warm, confident communicator with a professional phone presence • Naturally lead with empathy and patience when speaking with clients • Can represent multiple organizations accurately while maintaining a friendly, approachable tone • Pay close attention to detail and follow communication standards consistently • Stay organized and composed while handling a high volume of inbound requests • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Take pride in helping people feel supported during important moments • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
