📋 Description

• Serve as the domain lead for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations • Act as the primary technical lead for HR/Payroll, third‑party vendors, and implementation partners • Define target‑state architecture, integration patterns (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Extend), and security models aligned to least‑privilege principles • Govern PECI and all outbound payroll integrations (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, Alight, NGA, local in‑country vendors) • Design & Delivery Translate complex pay rules and region‑specific labor requirements into Workday configuration (time codes, accruals, eligibility rules, time calculations) • Maintain documentation for system functionality and cross‑functional processes while defining configuration standards, development conventions, and operational playbooks for releases and incident management • Lead biannual Workday release impact assessments, regression strategies, and feature adoption planning for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations • Design robust PECI frameworks including effective‑dated logic, retroactivity, error handling, and reconciliation processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and multi‑country Payroll PECI design • Hands‑on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security • Deep knowledge of effective‑dated HR data, retro pay impacts, time valuation, accruals, and eligibility logic • Experience with release management, tenant lifecycle governance, and regression testing • Strong documentation skills, including solution designs, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
