📋 Description
• Implements processes and supervises the day-to-day activities of employees responsible for daily operational tasks for a defined function. • Role may be found in a centralized processing unit. • Delegates tasks, manages workflow and makes recommendations for staffing needs. • With management consultation, interviews candidates, provides hiring recommendations, writes and conducts performance reviews, and provides ongoing feedback and coaching. • Advocates for employees and communicates compensation changes. • Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity. • Identify subordinate training needs. • Provide regular status updates and reports to manager
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of directly related experience • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
