📋 Description
• Create visually compelling designs using graphic design principles • Develop innovative concepts and solutions that align with brand guidelines • Maintain corporate identity, design standards, and policies • Design and optimize user-friendly website layouts that enhance user experience • Collaborate with web developers to implement design solutions • Troubleshoot production problems and interact with company's staff and outside vendors regarding production issues • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing leads to understand project requirements • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience in digital design • Figma Experience Required • Experience in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and/or Hubspot preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent proofreading and editing skills • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field preferred
