📋 Description

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery outcomes aligned to business goals. • Translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and client insights into actionable product strategies. • Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, requirements, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch evaluation. • Drive execution of initiatives across advisory platforms, Salesforce integrations, reporting, data quality, operational automation, and legacy modernization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance) to deliver high-quality solutions. • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment, governance, and clear communication. • Lead, coach, and develop the product team while establishing consistent product management practices. • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and operational standards and support ongoing process and data improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years in product management, financial services technology, or wealth management operations • Prior people leadership experience managing a product team • Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment operations, trust/custody, or related domains. • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver through cross-functional teams. • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities • Experience with Agile or structured delivery environments.
