• Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting client relationships. • Successfully lead project execution for mid-to-large-scale environmental and energy infrastructure projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off. • Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery. • Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery. • Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout. • Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members. • Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process. • Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals. • Maintain active knowledge of the marketplace to identify key project opportunities and represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Master’s preferred. • Over 10 years of engineering and project management experience, preferably with Energy sector renewable and utility projects. • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it. • Experience with local, state, and federal land use approvals and permitting in Illinois, with familiarity in other Midwestern states preferred. • Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC RAS/TuFlow and MS Office programs preferred. • Proven client relationship and business development experience. • Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity and respect. • Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. • Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment. • Curious and improvement-minded, embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions.
