📋 Description
• Originate, structure, and execute lease transactions • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors • Lead syndication and secondary market sale of lease assets • Stay informed on leasing and structured finance market trends • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) • 5+ Years combination of equipment leasing, capital markets, lease syndication, structured finance, finance &/or relationship management experience • Proven ability to originate and execute lease transactions in institutional and equipment leasing markets • Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry.
