📋 Description
• Optimize P&C insurance product and revenue for specified segment • Achieve sales and revenue targets • Manage sales team and implement business strategies • Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) • Minimum 8+ Years experience • Strong leadership and client relationship skills • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Experience in a bank or financial institution highly preferred
