📋 Description
• Plan and execute company-wide and team-specific offsites from concept through onsite logistics and post-event feedback. • Manage hotel accommodations, outings, menu coordination as well as on-site logistics in partnership with the Director of People Operations. • Own and evolve celebrations such as work anniversaries, key milestones, and peer recognition opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management or a culture building role • 2+ years experience managing event logistics, including hotel and vendor management • 2+ years in a role with significant culture building impact
