📋 Description

• Research and/or examine title orders to determine condition of title and report vital statistics to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal description • Review final products to ensure quality standards are met • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements • Assess risks and liabilities that may jeopardize the Company and escalate as appropriate • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title search abstracts/examinations in accordance with Company policies and examining procedures • Procure onsite documents from county locations as needed • Maintain compliance with Company policies and good housekeeping practices • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must have or procure title insurance producer license for the state of Missouri • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills • Must be detail oriented, customer driven & possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills • Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures and associated risks and liabilities • Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry related software required to perform job duties • Most possess sound experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
