📋 Description

• Serve as a pivotal leadership role focused on executing client implementations • Oversee and prioritize tasks for the client services team • Manage client onboarding projects • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders • Adapt engagement depth and project management approach • Lead by example and act as a servant leader • Facilitate a smooth client transition from the Sales Team • Cultivate strong and productive relationships with key client contacts • Develop, maintain, and update project management documents and systems • Coordinate requirements gathering efforts • Monitor client progress and sentiment • Advocate for process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• BA in relevant professional field • Two or more years of experience in project management • Keen attention to detail • Exceptional customer satisfaction driven approach • Strong technical aptitude • Patience, empathy, and integrity • Ability to identify client needs and challenges • Change management experience • Excellent time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with software systems: Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Zendesk, and MS Office products • Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 5-10%)
