📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to GCG and firm leadership. • Synthesize firmwide flow trends, product performance, market dynamics, and revenue implications into clear, executive-ready insights. • Translate complex business drivers into cohesive narratives that inform earnings messaging, strategic planning, and senior leadership decision-making. • Lead a small, high-impact team focused on delivering forward-looking analysis and actionable insights. • Analyze gross and net flows across channels, regions, and asset classes to identify key performance drivers. • Evaluate AUM mix shifts and their implications for revenue, margin, and long-term growth. • Collaborate closely with Investor Relations to develop earnings materials and supporting analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in asset management, management consulting with exposure to asset management, strategic finance, or related roles. • Strong understanding of public-company reporting cadence and earnings processes. • Deep familiarity with asset management fee structures across vehicles and channels. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial and operating data into executive-level narratives. • Experience presenting to senior leadership or supporting C-suite decision-making.
