• The Analyst, Business Process is responsible for reviewing, researching, and deciphering regulatory and compliance material to translate for Default Management. • Works closely with change management, legal, IT, and various lines of businesses to implement changes necessary to ensure state, federal, investor and insurer guidelines are met. • Works collaboratively with various business groups in designing and implementing planning solutions for Default Administration. • Delivers data, owns processes, audits automation, and assists business partners in defining and implementing system and process enhancements. • Analyzes the process and procedures that Default has in place. • Collects data and performs research to gain a complete understanding of the Default department business needs in order to measure the effectiveness of the current practices. • Works cross-functionally to drive optimized service business design within the Default department through opportunity/issue identification, systemization, testing, training, and deployment. • Ensures that system and tools are adequate and properly utilized. • Proposes and develops enhancements as necessary. • Develops recommendations for improvement based on observation, data analysis, audit recommendation, and evaluation of business cross departmental workflow. • Coordinates with external and internal business contacts for responding to system interface and data issues. • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. • Translates agency and regulatory technical material and concepts into verbal and written communications for Default Management. • Assesses the change, determines the impacts, and based on impact assists Default Management to design a strategy to support the department through the change, execute the strategy, and measure its effectiveness based on a change adoption model. • Designs and facilitates meetings or focus groups as appropriate. • Maintains documentation with respect to all Default projects. • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and timelines. • Evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors, and controls business processes. • Ensures that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals. • Works collaboratively across all departments of Default to help improve the management of a business process.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University • 3-5 years related experience and/or training • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
