📋 Description

• Manage projects related to the Product Supply organization. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators. • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the team. • Manage assigned projects throughout their life cycle. • Control project performance (Scope, Time, Quality, Cost, Risk, Benefits). • Coordinate the activities of the team responsible for project deliverables. • Plan, delegate, monitor and control project performance. • Communicate with leadership to provide weekly project updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management or relatable experience, OR relevant job experience. • 3+ years’ experience in a project manager role (5+ preferred) within a manufacturing or operations environment. • Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems including knowing how a warehouse floor operates. • Ability to manage project budgets, cost center flows and vendor management cycle. • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools. • Stakeholder management experience within a project management role. • Experience in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment. • Advanced knowledge of project management software tools like MS Project and Smartsheet. • Consumer Goods industry experience preferred. • Operations PM experience (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, et al) preferred.
