📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments of referred members through phone consultations. • Provide diet recommendations, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining records in our ERP system. • Perform medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessments, diet modification, nutrition education, and interventions. • Manage scheduling applications for member appointments. • Participate in team meetings to address Nutrition Care and Education Program needs. • Submit records of completed members for end-of-month reporting. • Send educational materials to members when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution. • Registered Dietitian certification - required. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare nutrition management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems - required. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
